Production Capacity

Through the efficient collaboration and integration of MES and ERP systems, ACE-TEC operates 18 production lines with 85% of our workforce being multi-skilled, allowing us to flexibly manage both large and small orders.
We have our own mold and injection molding departments, ensuring product quality consistency and precision, while also offering more flexible customization services.

Research & Development Capability

ACE-TEC has a high-quality R&D and design team, covering all essential functions including appearance and structural design, software and hardware, and packaging design.
We have our own research center, led by our R&D director and comprising a professor of dermatology from a renowned university in Singapore and their graduate students, focused on researching and developing new technologies and applications.

We have four stringent quality inspection processes: incoming material, random, production, and final inspections, to ensure the timely and reliable delivery of high-quality products.
